Blooming in June

This tree is about the only one we planted in our garden in Szentendre.
Then (in 1995) it was knee high. By now it has grown about 3 yards.
In Hungarian it is called cigar tree, because it brings seeds in cigar (or stringbean) shaped shells.
Its Latin name is Catalpa bignonioides Walt. Friends just call it Walt.
